Bridge Heater and Fingerboard Iron

The Bridge Heater and Fingerboard Iron is used to soften glue for easier removal. This 2 - 7/8" x 2" x 1" aluminum hand iron is heated on a hot plate to 250°F (using a Surface Thermometer). Its radiused and relieved underside is designed for guitars like Martin and Gibson with 14 frets to the body, allowing application of heat to the fingerboard extension or bridge without removing the frets.
