Chip Stoppers Set of 2

The Chip Stoppers are a set of two steel tools designed to minimize fingerboard chip-out during fret removal, making refrets cleaner and less labor-intensive. These tools work in conjunction with a Fret Puller to press down on the fingerboard as frets are being pulled, reducing the risk of wood chips being yanked out. The set includes a .020" and a .010" Chip Stopper, which can also be combined for a .030" total thickness. They feature a .033" x 3" slot that fits around the fret tang, allowing for precise placement and protection of the fingerboard during the fret removal process.
